JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist the Project Manager / Site Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites
• To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to
• To plan, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor's activities at project sites
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) practices
• To ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction and etc
• To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanism are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health QESH) management systems

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in Construction Industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be willing to travel
• 2 Full-Time / Contract positions available
• Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
• To evaluate progress claims/ invoices and final accounts from sub-contractor.
• To carry out taking off quantities/ measurements
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed from Head of Department from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, independent and able to work within tight dateline Computer literacy is essential
